ALBAY—Autokid Truck Solutions handed 22 units of Autokid Titan with FB Body configurations to Polangui’s Local Government Unit (LGU) in a handover ceremony last Monday. The town Mayor Andy A. Mariscotes and Autokid Vice President for Sales Rico Macalintal were present in the ceremony held within the municipal hall premises.

‘[On] behalf of LGU Polangui,’ says Mayor Mariscotes in a speech he delivered at the event. ‘[T]hank you for giving us these rescue vehicles… nakita ko [they are] brand-new at maganda.’ ‘[S]a susunod na procurement,’ he adds. ‘[A]nother twenty-two vehicles ay, of course, sa Autokid pa rin.’

‘Kami po ay nagpapasalamat sa LGU ng Polangui, Albay,’ says VP for Sales Macalintal in his speech. ‘[Sa] pagtitiwala… sa Autokid Subic Trading Corporation at sa aming branch dito sa Oas, Albay.’ ‘Nabalitaan namin na you have forty-four barangays,’ he adds. ‘[S]o initial twenty-two units lang po ito and mayro’n pa tayong kasunod na additional twenty-two units.’
All twenty-two units of Autokid Titan FB Body handed to Polangui LGU are fitted with emergency vehicle lighting, sirens, and decals to serve as rescue vehicles for the town.
