Ms. Melissa Caton: Confidence and Initiative in Action
Known as the FAWerful Executive Assistant of the TMO Department, Ms. Melissa Caton believes that willingness to learn, initiative, and confidence are key traits that help ensure a smooth workflow for the company and its clients.
“Kapag confident ka, alam mo yung mga bagay na ginagawa mo. Para maka-adapt ka ng new learning,” Melissa shares. Confidence, for her, is not just about self-assurance—it is about constantly improving, embracing new knowledge, and stepping up to challenges.
A major part of Melissa’s role is coordinating with international suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
“Isa sa mga naibibigay ko ay ang coordination and communication between the company and our different suppliers from China,” she explains. In a global industry where connections matter, Melissa ensures that Autokid remains a reliable partner by fostering strong relationships across borders.
When faced with challenges, Melissa stays focused on her tasks and goals, which helps her push through obstacles without being overwhelmed.
“As long as focus ka at alam mo ang mga target mo within the day, hindi mo na-iisipin kung ano yung problema. Diretso lang sa mga kailangang gawin,” she says with determination. Her ability to focus despite uncertainties mirrors the resilience of every woman who remains steadfast in pursuit of her goals.
Her advice to other women striving for success?
“Tiwala sa sarili na kaya mo. Huwag magpapadala sa mga sasabihin ng iba, as long as you know na tama ang ginagawa mo at marunong kang ipaglaban o i-justify lahat ng gagawin mo,” Melissa encourages. She reminds us that the road to success is not always smooth, but with confidence and perseverance, any woman can keep moving forward.

Ms. Letecia Castro: Commitment, Growth, and Loyalty
Ms. Letecia Castro, Autokid HQ’s small but capable Sales Admin Supervisor, has been with Autokid for almost eight years. Her journey has taken her through multiple roles, each contributing to her growth in the company.
“Patient, responsable sa trabaho, focus, and then laging i-double-check ang mga trabaho,” Letecia shares. Her meticulous nature and strong sense of responsibility have helped her excel in various positions, proving that excellence is built on discipline and diligence.
From starting as a sales assistant to handling sales branches, and telemarketing, and now leading LGU sales, Letecia’s career progression highlights her dedication and adaptability.
“For almost eight years sa Autokid, naging sales assistant ako, and then naging sales admin ako, then nagbenta din ako ng mga trucks. Nag-handle din ako ng mga sales admin branches, at naging telemarketing head. Ngayon, LGU sales ang hawak ko, at naging patok siya ngayon,” she explains. Her journey shows that true growth comes from embracing new roles and stepping out of one’s comfort zone.
One of her proudest achievements is spearheading a successful government bidding initiative, which expanded from a one-person task into a two-team operation.
“Isa sa pinaka-achievement na nangyari sa buhay ko ay itong bidding na ito. So hanggang ngayon, from isa lang ang gumagawa hanggang sa naging two teams na,” Letecia proudly shares. Just like how Autokid fuels businesses with reliable trucks, she fuels the company’s success with her unwavering dedication.
Her secret to success? A deep love for her work, humility, and unwavering dedication.
“Mahalin mo yung trabaho mo, kahit mahirap, pagod, at puyat. And then dedicated ka sa trabaho mo, yun ang pinaka-importante. Maging humble ka kahit narating mo na yung tagumpay, and higit sa lahat, loyalty sa kumpanyang pinagtatrabahuhan mo,” she advises.

Liza Bibon: Strength in Nurturing and Perseverance
Ms. Liza Bibon, known as Autokid HQ’s Super Nanay and admin staff for nine years. She fully embodies the nurturing strength that brings people together. Her role extends beyond providing meals—she offers warmth, comfort, and a sense of home to the people around her.
“Siguro bilang babae, kailangan maging maunawain ka, especially sa mga taong nakakasama mo sa araw-araw para smooth sailing lang lagi,” Liza shares. Like a well-oiled machine, a team functions best when there’s understanding and cooperation, and Liza plays a vital role in ensuring a harmonious work environment.
Known as the “Nanay” of Autokid, Liza takes pride in the role she plays in the workplace.
“I’m proud to say na tinuring akong nanay ng mga taga-Autokid. Syempre, pag alam mong nanay ka, more than of a superhero ka,” she says with a smile. Like a truck that carries heavy loads, she shoulders the well-being of her colleagues with love and care.
For Liza, resilience is about standing strong despite difficulties, ensuring that she continues to serve and support those around her.
“Sineset ko sa isip ko na kailangan maging matatag ka kahit hindi okay ang lahat para magampanan mo ng maayos ang responsibilidad mo,” she explains. Even on rough roads, she keeps moving forward, proving that resilience is about pushing through with faith and determination.
Her advice to all women in the workforce?
“Para sa lahat, especially sa mga babaeng kagaya ko, payo ko lang maging tuloy-tuloy lang tayo sa mga ginagawa natin. Laban lang sa araw-araw. At huwag makakalimot sa Diyos para makamit natin yung pinakamatamis na tagumpay,” Liza encourages.
