Meet Mr. Sean, Business Unit Head of Autokid Mobility Solutions – Head Office, and a proud certified girl dad to two beautiful daughters. He became a father at 19 years old, a path he hadn’t planned, but one he embraced with courage and love. Much like learning to drive a powerful truck for the first time, the journey felt daunting, but with heart, determination, and the unwavering support of his devoted partner, he found his direction.
“Medyo madrama. Yung panganay ko dumating nung 19 pa lang ako—doon ako natutong mag-persevere. Biglaan yung responsibility, kaya talagang nag-focus kami. Yung second baby ko naman, tinuro niya sa’kin kung paano mag-slow down. Kasi ang bilis lumipas ng panahon, kaya mahalaga na maglaan ka talaga ng oras habang lumalaki sila.”
Now, with one daughter blossoming into a young woman and a baby just learning to say “Papa,” he embraces both the fast lanes and the slow moments. Every school drop-off is sacred. Every giggle from his youngest is fuel for another long day.
His proudest moment?
“Yung proudest moment ko sa eldest ko, lumaki siyang independent. Hindi ko na kailangang sabihan, alam mong ginagawa niya yung best niya. Recently, galing siya Taiwan mag-isa kasama teachers niya for two weeks. At 15, kaya na niya sarili niya—sobrang proud ako. Sa bunso naman, proud moment ko nung unang salita niya ay “papa.”
💬 To his daughters:
“Yung message ko sa dalawang daughter ko is of course love na love ko kayo. I’m sorry minsan kung late na nakaka-uwi. But, ginagawa ko yung best ko na magka-time for you guys. So, I love you.”
Mr. Sean’s story reminds us that being a father means persevering through every twist and turn for the ones we love. Meet Mr. Criz, Operations Manager of Autokid Mobility Solutions – Mindanao Avenue Branch, and a proud father to two children—a homebody teen and a playful toddler. While he keeps operations running smoothly at work, his heart stays rooted in family. “Being a father isn’t just about providing—it’s about teaching. Darating yung time na sila na ang mamumuhay mag-isa or magkaka-family. Kung matuturuan mo sila to do things better than how you did for them, that’s already a win. Hindi lang academically, pero street-smart din, God-fearing, respectful, at responsible—doon pa lang, panalo ka na.”
Now raising a teenager with dreams and a toddler full of wonder, Mr. Criz finds joy in both guiding and growing with his children. For him, being called “Papa” isn’t just a name—it’s a reminder of why he keeps going.

“Una, yung first time akong tinawag na “papa.” Very sentimental ‘yon. Pangalawa, yung tuwing uuwi ka tapos may ikukuwento sila, magsusumbong, o magta-thank you kahit sa simpleng bagay—sobrang priceless nun.”

“Chazz and Caden, enjoy your youngest years. Together with Mommy Jen, let us create memories that’ll last a lifetime. To ate, explore your possibilities so you can prepare yourself for the future. To my bunso, enjoy being a kid. Play and have lots of fun. Always pray to thank God and ask for guidance and protection. Mama and I will always be here to support and love you.”

“May isang beses, naisama ko ang anak ko sa trabaho. Nakita niya kung ano talaga ang ginagawa ko. May malaking truck akong minamaneho noon sa office namin. Nang makita niya ‘yon, sabi niya sa akin, ‘Idol kita, Papa. Turuan mo ako.”
He fondly recalls that moment—his child watching in awe, eyes full of admiration. Those simple words, “Idol kita, Papa,” became a lasting reminder that the work he does, no matter how tough or unnoticed, means everything to the one who looks up to him most.
His proudest moment?
“Proud ako kasi marunong siyang magpasalamat. Kahit hindi ako palaging nasa tabi niya, pinapakita niyang na-appreciate niya ako. Tapos nung nakapunta ako sa graduation niya, sobrang proud ako sa sarili ko kasi kahit papaano, nagawan ko ng paraan na makasama siya sa mahalagang araw na ‘yon.”

“Ang masasabi ko sa kanya, mag-aral siyang mabuti, ipagpatuloy ang pagiging masunurin sa amin ng nanay niya, at lagi niyang tandaan na nandito lang ako laging nakaalalay sa mga pangarap niya.”
