Meet Ms. Roxanne, the Executive Office Manager of Autokid Mobility Solutions Headquarters. She is a woman whose resilience, determination, and leadership inspire everyone around her. For five years, Ms. Roxanne has navigated the fast-paced world of Autokid, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, overseeing departments like LTO and inventory, and ensuring operations run smoothly. “Kapag nakikipag-communicate ako sa team ko, gusto kong malaman kung ano man yung may tutulong sa kanila. Alam ko na maaasahan nila ako,” she shares. Her leadership is rooted in care, guidance, and reliability, a model of how women can lead with both strength and heart.
Ms. Roxanne’s journey is proof that perseverance pays off. “Hindi ako na-hire as a manager agad. Nagsimula ako bilang sales admin, naging TMO admin, executive assistant, at ngayon, executive manager. Hindi siya madali, pero it taught me resilience, adaptability, and confidence.”

Passing the bar while working full-time was one of the greatest tests of her resilience. “There were days I doubted myself, thinking I couldn’t manage everything. But step by step, task by task, I realized that commitment and consistency are powerful tools for success,” Ms. Elayne reflects. Her family has been her greatest pillar. “Hi, Nanay! Thank you for supporting me all throughout. My family and friends motivated me every day, reminding me to keep pushing forward even when it seemed impossible,” she says.
