“Dati… pag sinabing Malabon, baha. Pero ngayon nag-a-adopt na tayo… nakakagawa na tayo ng mga procedure para maiwasan at mabawasan yung pagbaha.” Mr. San Juan explained

“Mahirap talaga minsan mag-rescue… mas nahihirapan kami dati na kulang yung equipment namin.”
