Mechanics
a. All customers who, within the Promo Period, purchase any of the participating products as identified in the table below are entitled to avail of the Autokid All-Out Panalo promo.
b. The Autokid All-Out Panalo promo grants free 1-Year comprehensive insurance, free LTO Registration (valid for 3 years) and complimentary Autokid merchandise per unit purchased.
i. A FULL PAYMENT or an APPROVAL of financing must be made within the promo period to successfully earn this benefit.
ii. For Financing payments, the APPROVAL must be made within the promo period to successfully earn this benefit.
c. Customers will have one raffle ticket entry for a chance to win an Autokid Flash 9FT FB Van.
d. Promo Period is from July 17, 2023 to November 30, 2023 only.

- Participants will get one (1) raffle entry for a chance to win a Autokid Flash 9FT FB Van for every unit of truck purchased.
- A FULL PAYMENT or an APPROVAL of financing must be made within the promo period to successfully earn a raffle entry.
- For Financing payments, the APPROVAL must be made within the promo period to successfully earn a raffle entry.
- Promo period is July 17, 2023 to November 30, 2023 only.
- Qualified customers will fill out a Google Form through their Sales Representative with the client’s Sales Representative name, branch purchased, complete name, address, contact number, unit purchased, mode of payment, financing partner, attachment of proof of reservation fee/payment, and target release date.
- Raffle entry submission cut-off is on November 30, 2023. All entries will be inputed via www.wheelofnames.com.
- The digital raffle draw will be conducted on December 11, 2023, 3:00PM at Autokid Quezon City Headquarters via Zoom in the presence of a DTI representative. All qualified customers shall attend the said live raffle draw.
- A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value. (or can win multiple times unless specified in the mechanics)
- Raffle prize is an Autokid Flash 9FT FB Van. The said prize The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
Win an Autokid Flash 9FT FB Van (Redemption Mechanics)
- The winner may be required to participate in a publicity program which Autokid Subic Trading Corp. may organize in connection with the Autokid All-Out Panalo promo and if required to do so, such winner must attend such function. Expenses and/or cost incurred by the winner in attending such functions shall be for account of Autokid Subic Trading Corp. All Winners shall agree to release, indemnify and hold Autokid Subic Trading Corp. and partners harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or the Winner’s acceptance or use of any Prize.
- The schedule and location of turnover shall be at Autokid’s Quezon City Headquarters located at 122 Congressional Ave Project 8, Quezon City, 1106 Metro Manila
- If the winner is unable to claim the prize himself/herself, a representative must present the necessary documents:
- (a) a letter of authorization duly signed by the winner, nominating the parent/ legal guardian, or representative as the acknowledged recipient of the prize on the winners’ behalf
- (b) 2 original IDs of the winner with picture (acceptable/valid IDs are SSS, TIN, Passport, Office or School ID with birth date)
- (c) 2 original IDs of the representative/ legal guardian.
- Prizes not claimed after the sixty (60) day period will be forfeited and may be used as deemed necessary by Autokid Subic Trading Corp. upon approval of DTI.
- Autokid Subic Trading Corp. reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the drawn entries (that is, the winner’s details from the raffle coupon must exist and the 60-day redemption period). Employees of Autokid Subic Trading Corp., its affiliates, suppliers, concessionaires, third party agents and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
- Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the Autokid Subic Trading Corp.
- The prizes are not convertible to cash but transferrable.
- Employees of promoting agency Autokid Subic Trading Corp and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
- Winners shall be notified via registered mail and email and their names will be posted at the Autokid Truck Solutions Facebook Page.
- Prizes not claimed after the sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice, will be forfeited in favor of Autokid Subic Trading Corp. with prior approval from DTI.
- Additional expenses in relation to the AUTOKID FLASH 9FT FB VAN raffle prize such as LTO Registration for 3 years shall be shouldered by Autokid Subic Trading Corp. Comprehensive Insurance and delivery costs outside of the turnover location at Autokid’s Quezon City Headquarters located at 122 Congressional Ave Project 8, Quezon City, 1106 Metro Manila, shall be shouldered by the winner of the raffle.
