Imagine returning to a parking lot to find your beloved car unrecognizably scorched in flames.

In the recent case of the NAIA Terminal 3 parking lot fire, the owners of those 19 cars that were severely damaged only had the news and various social media videos to see how their treasured cars, to which they already heavily invested on, were engulfed in flames. Gladly, there were no casualties in that event but sadly, 19 families were left with severe property damage. This unfortunate event had people worried about the drastic and unforeseen effects of the extreme heat we are currently experiencing.

If you were in their shoes right now, how do you think would you recover from this?

The Reality of Unpredictable Incidents

While we can’t predict when our cars and other properties will get damaged, such as that NAIA Terminal 3 fire incident, we can certainly prepare for it.

That’s where having comprehensive car insurance steps in.

One way to prepare and be secured with your car or vehicle is getting comprehensive car insurance – acting as a financial safety net for those unexpected moments. With the right coverage, you can focus on getting things back on track, without the added stress of worrying about the cost. It’s like having a shield that guards your vehicle against a range of unexpected threats, from natural disasters to theft and vandalism.

MY CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY, DO I STILL NEED INSURANCE?

A car warranty is designed to address specific mechanical breakdowns, offering coverage for repairs related to mechanical failures within a certain timeframe or mileage limit. On the other hand, car insurance provides a broader safety net, encompassing protection against collisions, theft, vandalism, and other hazards outlined in your policy.

While both car warranties and car insurance offer peace of mind by shielding you from unexpected expenses, car insurance goes beyond mechanical issues. It safeguards you against medical bills resulting from injuries sustained in accidents, as well as repair costs for damage to your vehicle caused by collisions or other covered incidents.

This comprehensive coverage ensures that you’re financially protected in various scenarios, providing reassurance and allowing you to drive with confidence.

Here at Autokid, not only do we provide a 5-year warranty for all of our brand new trucks and cars, we also have our own insurance arm, Biz Shield – Business Insurance, to protect and secure your vehicles from these unexpected moments.
